If you have
ever suffered from any type of ache or pain,
you know that it can be life changing in
many ways.
Many people
are forced to abandon the sports and
activities they love. For some, even simple
everyday activities like getting out of bed
and walking become near impossible.
Unfortunately, most doctors simply write
prescription after prescription for drugs that
have been proven to have side effects often
worse than the pain they are supposed to be
helping.
The good news is, nature has it's own solutions
to all of the ailments most of us suffer from…
and pain is no different. In fact, the list of
natural remedies that have been proven to
provide safe and effective pain relief is long,
but before I share with you these little-known
natural healers, it's important that you
understand pain and what causes it.
What is
Pain?
Pain is your body's way of telling you that
something is wrong, much like a fever. And just
like with a fever, most people simply mask the
pain instead of dealing with the underlying
cause of the problem.
|
Do you
suffer from any of these
conditions:
-
Back pain
-
Sciatica
-
Chronic fatigue
-
Fibromyalgia
-
Joint pain
-
High cholesterol
-
Arthritis
-
Cancer
-
Heart disease
-
High blood pressure
-
Obesity
-
Depression
-
Colitis
If so,
then you are going to find the
information in this article
extremely important, possibly
even life saving!

|
In addition to dealing with the underlying cause, it's
important that you also deal with the inflammation. In fact,
millions of people who suffer from various aches and pains like
arthritis, back pain, fibromyalgia and others do so because of
chronic internal inflammation.
What is Inflammation and How Does It Cause
Pain?
Inflammation is a response
from your immune system in response to an irritant. For
example, if you sprain your ankle, your immune system
creates a protein called a Circulating Immune Complex (CIC
for short). The CIC travels down to the injured ankle and
causes pain and swelling.
The pain you feel is to inform you of the injury or damage. And
the swelling is protective as it prevents you from moving it
and causing more irritation. This is also your body's way of
running to the problem with fresh blood, antibodies and vital
cells in order to begin healing and repairing the damage.
Then what normally happens is our bodies produce proteolytic
enzymes which counteract the inflammation, and things return to
normal. That's why a sprained ankle as a young child heals
within a few weeks at most, but can take six weeks or more for
an adult of say 45.
The problem is, after
around age 25, our production of these enzymes drops off
almost completely so there is nothing to tell the body
to stop the inflammation. These enzymes are also responsible
for cleaning the blood, fighting off viral and bacterial
infections and breaking down excess fibrin (scar
tissue).
In addition to the decrease in production of proteolytic
enzymes, there are also numerous other things that contribute
to the build up of inflammation in our bodies.
Here is just a short list of factors
that contribute to inflammation:
Unaddressed pain and injuries
Toxins and chemicals in our air, water and
food
Poor nutritional habits
Bacterial or viral infections
Allergies
Prescription medications
Auto-immune diseases
Negative mental and emotional stress
Over time, inflammation continues to increase in our bodies
causing damage to all of the tissues and organs, often without
us even knowing it's happening.
If inflammation is not
controlled and the body continually fights this battle,
symptoms of chronic inflammation can show itself as
arthritis, colitis, chronic fatigue, sinusitis, cataracts,
chronic pain, hair loss heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer's
and dozens of other ailments and conditions.
Inflammation is what slowly kills us.
More and more research is coming out now that proves this. For
example, here's a quote from a study published in The New
England Journal of Medicine: "there is convincing evidence
that inflammation is strongly linked to heart attacks and
stroke."
And in another study published in The Annals of Neurology, the
researchers concluded, "inflammation is linked to
Alzheimer's and other dementing diseases." And a recent
Harvard study found that "half of all heart attacks are
caused by inflammation".
We know that reducing inflammation is critical to eliminating
pain and preventing disease and illness, but how do you do it
safely and naturally?
Here's What People Are
Saying...
Here's my story:
I've had orthopedic problems since I was 7
years old. I figured up that over the last
31 years (I'm 38 now), I've had a total of
14 surgeries---6 of them knee surgeries and
1 foot surgery---plus a broken pelvis and
sprained SI joint from a past car accident.
After the foot surgery 10 years ago, the
doctor decided I would benefit from taking
Celebrex. It helped a good bit, but I
haven't been pain-free at any point in that
time. Recently, after being diagnosed with
severe arthritis in one knee and moderate
arthritis in my foot, the doctor doubled my
dosage of Celebrex. I couldn't discern any
improvement on the new dosage. Also, I
began getting concerned about the
possibility of the prolonged usage of this
drug causing liver damage. I have had blood
tests every 6 months to monitor the health
of my liver, and so far no damage has been
done. However, it finally hit me that the
doctors probably wouldn't take me off the
Celebrex until I got a negative report on
my blood tests---which would mean the
damage had already been done!
I decided it was time to at least try life
without this medication. I tapered off my
dosage, and decided to try your
Heal-n-Soothe™. After a week off the
medication, I felt worse than ever as my
body was "detoxing" from Celebrex. Another
week later, after several days on
Heal-n-Soothe™, I felt a little better. I
have now been taking Heal-n-Soothe™ for 30
days, and I feel the same as I did while
taking the double dosage of Celebrex. I
have hope that after more time on
Heal-n-Soothe™, I will feel even
better---and I like that right now I'm
getting at least the same, if not yet
better, anti-inflammatory effect from
natural enzymes, rather than from a
chemical that could potentially harm my
liver.
Thanks so much!

taking them for 4 or 5 days, but have
noticed an huge difference. I
stopped taking my strong painkillers, Co
Codemal (the strongest) and
Dihydrocodine, which I was taking every

"My pain and inflammation
went down in just 2-days!"
"I have been taking
Heal-n-Soothe™, for 3 weeks now. I must
say at first I was very skeptical, I was
thinking "How can this really help if my
medication the doctor gave me does not
work??!" But sometimes you reach a point
or a day where the pain is so bad, that
you will try anything, any price, just
anything that might have a slight chance
of getting rid of your pain...So I
did.
And I was pleasantly surprised, after about
2-3 days on the activation dose, I noticed
reduced inflammation, and my pain in my leg
reduced. At first I was thinking "Maybe its
just the nice weather we have here in the
U.K at the moment?" : )
I realized that it must be the
Heal-n-Soothe™, because I missed one days
dosage and the next day I felt really bad :
( It took 2 days after to get things back
on track, and I make sure I do not forget
them now. It means that I am able to
stretch further and more often as the other
post stated, and walk more. I'm a believer
that you "Can't put a price on your
health"."

"I can walk to the store
again without pain!"
Jesse,
I tried the Heal-n-Soothe™ free bottle that
I received. You were right! It worked
really good and I do feel much better. My
back pain is much improved and since taking
the Heal-n-Soothe™ I can walk the 2 blocks
to the grocery store, spend an hour
gathering groceries, then walk back home
with my cart of groceries. I don't even
have to sit down or lie down when I get
home and my back is not hurting. Not only
that, but I seem to have more energy and
generally feel better. Heal-n-Soothe™ is
great!
I really believe that if I continue with
the Lose the Back Pain exercises and keep
working on my weight problem, I will soon
not have to rely on pills of any kind. I am
so glad I found and purchased your Lose the
Back Pain System and Heal-n-Soothe™. It has
exceeded my expectations. I am improving
rather slowly, but I AM STEADILY IMPROVING,
thanks to you guys and the rest of your
group.

crooked spine, and sciatic nerve problems.
Your product has given me a whole new life
of PAIN FREE. I can actually golf now.
Please keep sending every month. It has
made a big difference in my life. Thank
You... Thank you !!!!!

"My back-pain subsided to
almost nothing — I don't have to 'play
through the pain' anymore! Thank you so
much!"
"Within the first
week...
Recurring back pain from previous soccer
seasons affected me again in August when I
began my Fall soccer season. At first I was
playing through the pain and then I started
taking Heal-n-Soothe™. Within the first
week I noticed a significant decrease in
the amount of pain I felt.
I have been taking them now for nearly two
months and over the course of these two
months my back pain has subsided to almost
nothing and I have been able to continue
playing soccer all season. I truly believe
that Heal-n-Soothe™ has enabled me to get
to where I am today which is playing
pain-free.
Thanks, That is my story and thank you so
much for your help!"

"WOW! What a
difference!"
"Hi Steve, I just wanted to tell you guys
at the HealthyBack Institute what a geat
product you have in this Heal-n-Soothe™. I
have been taking it for about 4 months now
and all I can say is, WOW, what a
difference! I wish I had known about Enzyme
therapy sooner. I noticed a difference
right away and now when I hit it hard on
the tennis court or in any other activity I
increase the dosage for a few days after
and my recovery is almost instant. All I
can say is thank you for the help and
support and send me some more!"
Nicholas Batt
"An amazing
'serendipitous' benefit ..."
"Thank you so much for the advice. I just
wanted to tell you about an amazing,
"serendipitous" benefit I've gained from
taking Heal-n-Soothe™. While they truly
help my back pain when I double the
recommended dose, I've found that they've
practically "cured" an ongoing, life long,
severe digestive problem.
I was at the point where I couldn't even
drink water without serious pain, bloating
and gas. My reflux was so bad that I had to
sleep sitting up. While I do take other
digestive enzymes and they help somewhat,
they have not controlled the problem
sufficiently. Recently, it has gotten so
bad that I've been forced to go through the
usual battery of costly and intrusive
tests...only to find once again...NOTHING.
Then, one day about a week ago, I decided
to double my Heal-n-Soothe™ dosage because
of increased back pain.
About 3 days later, I noticed that my
digestive problems were ALL so much
improved that I practically forgot about
them. I can only attribute the improvement
to the Heal-n-Soothe™ because I have not
taken any other supplements.
Thank you, thank you, thank you"
Gina Ripple
"As a pharmacist I've
seen it all. Heal-n-Soothe™ is as
effective as prescription
anti-inflammatories, but MUCH
SAFER."
"As a pharmacist with a
keen interest in natural supplements I
can safely say I've seen it all. But for
patients with pain - who are looking for
an answer outside of dangerous
prescription medications - I have only a
handful of recommendations.
Heal-n-Soothe™ is on that short
list.
It's not only as effective as prescription
anti-inflammatories, but is much safer.
And, unlike other supplements on the
market, Heal-n-Soothe™ really is free of
any fillers or colorants. It truly is all
natural.
The point is this: if you're sitting on the
fence about other options to treat your
pain you owe it to yourself to give
Heal-n-Soothe™ a fair shot. You'll be happy
you did."

How To Stop Inflammation Dead In It's
Tracks...
Most of
people treat episodes of inflammation with non-steroidal
anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID's).
While NSAID's may work for
some, they often come with serious side effects, and are
only a short-term solution to a potentially long-term
problem. Here's why NSAID's aren't safe:
Drugs like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Celebrex, Vioxx and others work
by preventing the body from producing CIC's (Circulating Immune
Complex), which may sound ok, except that many CIC's are vital
to life.
NSAID's
also work by inhibiting the action of prostaglandins,
which constrict the muscle tissue around blood vessels,
carry pain signals and induce or trigger inflammation. And
while that sounds good, the problem here is prostaglandins
are also necessary and important as they stop excess
bleeding in the body.
And if that wasn't enough to scare you, NSAID's and
acetaminophen have also been shown to be toxic to the liver,
cause damage to the kidneys and intestines, along with dozens
of other side effects like cramping, headaches, internal
bleeding and even death!
And if you are saying to yourself, "they can't really be that
bad… otherwise they wouldn't be allowed to sell them", then
read this:
• Celebrex side effects: A study by the National Cancer
Institute found that patients who took 400 milligrams of
Celebrex a day were 2.5 times more likely to have fatal and
non-fatal heart attacks and strokes than those who did not take
Celebrex. Patients who took 800 milligrams of Celebrex each day
were found to have 3.4 times more fatal and non-fatal heart
attacks and strokes.
• Bextra side effects: A recent study by Pfizer (Bextra's
manufacturer) of over 1,500 patients who had recently undergone
cardiac surgery showed that those who took Bextra for their
pain had an increased risk of heart and blood clotting problems
compared to those who did not take any drug. The health
problems included heart attack, stroke, blood clots in the leg
and the lungs
If a study done by the maker of the drug says it's dangerous,
then you know it is! And that's why several drugs have been
recalled in the past few years such as Vioxx, Bextra and
others.
The point is, why would you put your health at such risk when
there are natural alternatives that have been tested and proven
in hundreds of studies, and have been safely used for thousands
of years?
And here's a great question for you…
If the main cause of the problem is a decrease in proteolytic
enzymes, why not focus on replacing them or at least the
effects they have in our bodies? Well, the good news is you
can!
Mother Nature's Answer For
Safely Fighting Inflammation...
It's called Systemic Enzyme Therapy and it has been used in
numerous countries throughout the world for over 50 years.
The word systemic means whole body and systemic enzymes operate
throughout your body in every system and organ. Enzymes, which
are known as biocatalysts - something that makes something else
work or work faster.
Enzymes are basically the main line of defense against
inflammation. Enzymes are not anti-inflammatory drugs but
rather reduce inflammation by neutralizing the bio-chemicals of
inflammation to levels where the creation, repair and
regeneration of injured tissues can take place.
Reducing
inflammation can have immediate impact on improved heart
health, cancer prevention and recovery, and Alzheimer's
prevention. It also helps speed up recovery from sprains,
strains, fractures, bruises, contusions, surgery -- and
arthritis.
Unlike NSAID's which may give only temporary relief and do not
fix the underlying cause of the problem, systemic enzymes work
to reduce the inflammation and promote healing without any side
effects.
Here are just a few examples…
A study published in the Journal of Medicine, Science, Sports
and Exercise found that "proteolytic enzymes have therapeutic
effects in the treatment of inflammation and soft tissue
injuries."
Another study done by the Institute of Cancer Research in
Vienna found that "a combination of proteolytic enzymes and
herbs were effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis and
reducing TGF-b which is known to be present in the blood when
there is cancer."
And in a study done by Dr.
Nicholas Gonzales, which was published in the medical
journal, Nutrition and Cancer, Dr. Gonzales compared
systemic enzyme therapy against a new cancer drug,
Gemcitabine. He found that 5 out of 11 patients treated with
systemic enzymes lived two years or longer and not a single
patient of the 129 treated with the drug lived more than 19
months!
So, as you can see, not only is systemic enzyme therapy safe
and effective, but also it's often more effective than the
drugs.
In Addition To Reducing Inflammation
and Eliminating Pain, Enzymes Also...

Break
down scar tissue and fibrosis – Fibrosis
is scar tissue that builds up in our bodies
and over time creates some much restriction
and strain on our organs that they can no
longer function.
Well,
systemic enzymes eat away that excess build
up of fibrin and scar tissue. Doctors
throughout Europe and Asia have been using
them for over 50 years to remove scar tissue
from surgical wounds, kidney fibrosis,
pulmonary fibrosis and in numerous other
scenarios.
Cleanse
the blood – systemic enzymes also clean
the blood of excess fibrin that causes the
blood to thicken, which sets you up for
clots, which can cause heart attack or
stroke. Enzymes also help take some of the
strain off of the liver by keeping the blood
clean and not allowing it to thicken beyond
normal.
WARNING: If you are a hemophiliac or are taking
prescription blood thinners, it's strongly
recommended that you consult with your
healthcare professional before considering
systemic enzyme therapy.
Maintain
a healthy immune system – enzymes are
adaptogenic and they work to restore the
body's balance. When the immune system is
low and we become more susceptible to
infections, the enzymes clean the blood to
help fight off infection. And if the immune
system is too ramped up, as with auto-immune
diseases, the enzymes work to tone down the
immune system and eat the antibodies that
are attacking the healthy
tissue.
|
Red Blood Cells getting
stuck in and amongst fibrin. This happens
when there aren't sufficient proteolytic
enzymes in the blood stream.
|
Fight and kill viruses – another
amazing and powerful effect enzymes have is that they seek out
and kill proteins that have viruses attached to them. Systemic
enzymes have shown to be very effective in treating and
preventing viral infections.
Systemic enzymes truly are
one of nature's most powerful natural remedies.
If you suffer from any sort
of ache or pain, or if you just want to get and stay as
healthy as possible, I urge you to consider systemic
enzymes. They have been used to safely and effectively
eliminate pain and inflammation from all sorts of conditions
like arthritis, colitis, back pain, sciatica, joint pain,
heart disease, cancer and more.

function.
|
|
|
Bromelain -
This special natural
compound, which is extracted
from pineapple, contains
several proteolytic enzymes
that have been shown to
short-circuit multiple pain
pathways in the
body.
It has been studied
extensively since it's
discovery in 1957 and
hundreds of studies have
shown it to reduce
inflammation, reduce and
prevent swelling and remove
waste and toxins from the
blood.
|
|
|
Turmeric Extract
- is taken from the
dried root of the plant and
it has been used to treat a
wide range of ailments for
thousands of
years.
Studies have shown
that it reduces inflammation
by blocking both the COX-2
and 5-LOX enzymes which
create pain. In addition,
Turmeric's antioxidant
powers work to seek out and
destroy free radicals in the
body which contribute to
pain and
swelling.
|
|
|
Papain -
contains a wide range of
proteolytic enzymes and
works by breaking down
proteins. In studies it has
been shown to be effective
in the treatment of numerous
conditions such as diabetes,
herpes, cancer and digestion
issues like bloating and
chronic indigestion. Papain
has also been shown to
attack tumor cells and boost
the immune
system.

Scientifically
Proven Relief!
The pain
reducing powers of
Heal-n-Soothe™ have been proven
to be highly effective in
numerous clinical
studies.
For
example, in one study, 77
patients taking 400mg/day of
Bromelain
experienced significant
reduction in pain and
swelling.
A recent
study done at the prestigous
Sloan-Kettering Cancer Research
Center in New York found that
Turmeric was more safe and
precise than asprin in stopping
inflammation by shutting down
the COX2 enzyme responsible for
pain. But
Turmeric caused
none of asprin's typical
gastrointestinal
irritation.
In a
randomized, double-blind,
placebo controlled study, 30
patients received 333mg, 3x a
day of Boswelia.
The group who received the
Boswelia had a significant
reduction in pain and swelling
and experienced an increase in
joint mobility and flexibility
as compared to the placebo
group.
And these
are just a few of the hundreds
of studies that have been done
to prove the effectiveness of
these ingredients.
|
|
|
|
Ginger
Extract - Used for over 2,500 years in
Asia, Ginger has been used to treat nausea
and to reduce pain and inflammation. It
works by decreasing the amount of
prostaglandins, which are what cause you to
feel pain.
|
|
|
Devil's
Claw - another time-tested natural pain
reliever, Devil's Claw has been used for
hundreds if not thousands of years in
Africa. Numerous studies have proven it's
effectiveness in reducing pain and
inflammation. In fact, one study found that
Devil's Claw was as effective in treating
arthritis pain as common drug,
phenylbutazone.
|
|
|
L-gluathione - a compound
found in nearly all forms of life,
L-gluathione protects the body from
oxidative damage by acting as a
buffer.
|
|
|
Vitamin E
- This fat-soluble vitamin is an
essential nutrient for humans and is known
for it's powerful anti-oxidant properties.
Vitamin E has been shown to be beneficial in
numerous situations and conditions such as
controlling high blood pressure, maintaining
healthy and balanced cholesterol levels,
boost immune system function and improving
circulatory conditions, skin health, memory
and more.
|
|
|
Citrus
Bioflavanoids - aid in the absorption of
vitamins and act as important anti-oxidants.
Citrus Bioflavanoids inhibit collagenase and
elastase, the enzymes responsible for the
breakdown of connective tissue. In addition
to protecting connective tissues, they also
protect against free radical
damage.
|
On their own, each of these
ingredients have been proven through both clinical studies
and thousands of years of use, to be safe and effective. But
together, they work synergistically to quickly reduce
inflammation and pain. And unlike prescription and
over-the-counter NSAID's, Heal-n-Soothe™ works
without the dangerous and harmful side effects.
Here's What People Are
Saying...
"This stuff ROCKS! I felt
improvement the first day!
It eliminates aches and pains!"
"As a serious student of martial arts, my
body has taken a beating and no matter how
good you are about taking care of yourself,
we all have aches and pains. Well, I have
NEVER experienced anything that works as
well as Heal-n-Soothe™. .. this stuff
rocks!
I felt improvement the very first day and
not only does it eliminate aches and pains,
but my flexibility has also increased quite
a bit. Now I take it after every hard
training session to make sure I don't wake
up sore, stiff and achy the next morning.
If you have any aches and pains I suggest
you give this stuff a shot!"

"I'm off prescription
Celebrex because of Heal-n-Soothe™.
My heartfelt thanks!"
"YOU
GET IT" was a comment I recently
received from Steve Hefferon, after
placing a call to inquire about
questions I had regarding
"Heal-n-Soothe™" and "Lose The Back
Pain". Steve spent considerable time
with me answering my questions and
offering suggestions.
I "get it" because of the considerable
research you put into both the enzymes and
the muscle imbalance issue. Once I
reviewed the books and DVD's, did my
assessment and began the stretches, it
occurred to me that this is the most common
sense approach to healing my body. Why do
so many of the professionals not "get
it"?
I had convinced myself that taking Celebrex
may cause side effects which could endanger
my life, but was willing to take the risk
for the sake of "quality of life". I am
happy to report I no longer take Celebrex,
once the only drug that would allow me to
function "normally" by blocking the pain.
The Heal-n-Soothe™ reduces the
inflammation to a point where I can now
look forward to a productive day, plan
trips and live with about 80% less
pain. I am currently working on the
other 20% as I gradually, at my own pace,
address the muscle imbalances and do the
stretches as recommended in the Lose the
Back Pain System.
The "YOU GET IT" came when I recounted to
Steve an experience I had with a
podiatrist. My feet were giving me
pain as well, so I had an orthodic made to
reposition the foot and correct fallen
arches. I thought this would also
help my back. I wore the orthodic for
several months and did not seem to get the
relief I was seeking. After
identifying my muscle imbalances, I
discovered that one of them was a forward
tilting pelvis. I quickly sought out
a different podiatrist who was able to
remove the lifts from the heels of my
prescribed orthodic. A classic case
of professionals not taking the whole body
into consideration.
The last thing I needed was to
project the body even farther forward.
Within 6 days, my feet, ankles and my back
felt much better. It took me 4 and half
years of trial and error before I found
your website. Another 2 months of
procrastination, skepticism, and reading
your articles and newsletters before I
finally decided to order the Lose The Back

Heartfelt thanks Jesse and Steve. I hope
you continue to help others as you have
helped me.

"FANTASTIC!"
No
More PMS Pain
"I was stuck in a 3 day meeting out of town
and started my period unexpectedly. There I
was miles from home with no easy way to get
my usual pain relief medicine. I quietly
asked around and a friend gave me some of
her Heal-n-Soothe™. "Something is better
than nothing I thought" But boy was I
wrong... This something was FANTASTIC.
Usually it hurts so much I find myself
totally distracted or I'm at least very
uncomfortable the whole 5 days even with
traditional over the counter pain relief
supposedly designed for that unpleasant
week every month. But with this I felt
great... no pain and I can't believe how
fast it worked! I now have two bottles on
stand by... one for the office and one for
the house."
Christa Trantham, Dallas

"Rah! Rah! I'm 57 with
osteoarthritis and a cervical neck
fusion. I was in horrible pain and now I
look forward to another day! Thanks
again!"
"Just
a note to tell you that I have been
taking Heal-n-Soothe™ for 2 months now
and I am really feeling better. Back and
neck pain is relieved, I am standing
straighter and taller I have added two
pilates classes Monday and Wednesdays.
I'm 57 with osteoarthritis and a
cervical neck fustion I was in horrible
pain and now I look forward to another
day. I was very hesitant to write
because I was not sure these pain free
capsules would work. Rah! Rah! Jesse. I
find it hard to believe that all the
prescription medicine and pain
management shots did not work as well as
this product. Even my Fibromyalgia is
better. Thanks again. Also it is good to
know that while Heal-n-Soothe™ is a
tool, diet and exercise plays a big part
too."

Heal-n-Soothe™ not
only has the most powerful combination of
natural anti-inflammatory and pain relieving
ingredients, but it also has the strongest
and highest potency of any proteolytic
enzyme formulation available!
And, unlike
most supplement manufacturers who will call
it a "proprietary blend" and don't say how
much of each is included, Living Well
Nutraceuticals will show you exactly how
much of each ingredient is in the
product.
Not only can
you not find a more effective and powerful
supplement, but you can't even purchase an
enzyme formula like this at your local drug
store. Shoot, we even had a customer call in
recently to say he asked his local
pharmacist if they had any systemic enzymes
and they didn't even know what he was
talking about... scary!
